The EasyLinkage System is designed to eliminate “mechanical slop,” the leading cause of poor flight performance. Instead of struggling with pliers to get a Z-bend perfectly centered, you simply install the Linkage Stopper onto your servo horn or control horn. The pushrod passes through the center hole, and a hardened steel M3 set screw bites down on the rod to provide a slip-proof connection.
These connectors are particularly favored for maiden flights, where small trim adjustments are often needed. Rather than adjusting your transmitter’s digital trim (which reduces servo throw), you can simply loosen the screw, manually center the surface, and re-tighten.
Key Performance Highlights:
-
Tool-Free Centering: Perfect your control surface alignment without bending wire or using sub-trim on your radio.
-
Hybrid Construction: Combines a low-friction white nylon base for smooth rotation with a solid brass body and steel screw for maximum clamping force.
-
Aluminum Arm Compatible: Fits perfectly into upgraded aircraft-grade aluminum servo arms to prevent the “stripping” issues common with plastic arms in high-stress 3D flight.
-
Universal Fit: Designed to accommodate pushrod diameters from 1.0mm up to 2.1mm, making them suitable for everything from micro-flyers to 60-size balsa planes.
-
Vibration Resistant: The included lock-nut or “snap-on” base ensures the connector stays attached to the horn even during high-vibration nitro or gas engine operation.
